General Guidelines and Instructions

The grant application process includes the following components. Please note, you will be required to upload several documents in PDF format.

Complete the online application process. (Incomplete applications will not be considered.)

Upon completing the online Confirmation step, an email will be sent to your Official signing for applicant organization requesting them to review and endorse your application. At this point you will NOT be able to EDIT your application after you conclude the application.

* Please Note, If accepted, Grant Recipients are not eligible to apply for 2013 or 2014 Young Investigator Travel Awards. If accepted, Grant Recipients are required to submit an Abstract for the 2014 Annual Meeting and must be in attendance for their presentation. Indicating travel expenses to attend the 2014 APS Annual Meeting is a required component of the Grant Budget. - See Budget section above

Online Application and Endorsement Deadline

All applications and endorsements MUST be completed online by 11:59 PM PDT on Monday, July 23, 2012.
