You will be required to upload several documents in PDF format.

The grant application process includes the following components:

• Personal contact information for the Principal Investigator, Official signing for applicant organization and any Key Personnel
• Abstract summary of your research study which cannot exceed 350 words
• Budget with justification.
• Body of Application (cannot exceed 4 pages in Arial 11 point font) - (required document)
• Reference List (single page in Arial 11 point font) - (optional document)
• Letter of Support - (required document)
• Principal Investigator Biosketch in NIH format - (required document)
• Biosketch for Key Personnel in NIH format - (optional document)
• Concluding the Application
• Official signing for applicant organization's endorsement

Complete the online application process. (Incomplete applications will not be considered.)

**Upon completing the online Confirmation step, an email will be sent to your Official signing for applicant organization requesting them to review and endorse your application. At this point you will NOT be able to EDIT your application after you conclude the application.

**Please Note, If accepted, Small Grant Recipients are not eligible to apply for 2010 Young Investigator Travel Awards. If accepted, Small Grant Recipients are required to submit an Abstract for the 2010 Annual Meeting and must be in attendance for their presentation. Indicating travel expenses to attend the 2010 APS Annual Meeting is a required component of the Grant Budget. - See Budget section above
